Handmade in our partner atelier in Paris, the Soie Bag is crafted from Duchesse silk, a fabric chosen for its subtle structure and soft luminosity. Though compact in size, it comfortably holds the essentials for an evening or a day when less feels like enough.

Each bag is slowly made with precision and attention to detail. It is finished with our signature silk tassel, woven by women artisans in Kalasin, Thailand, whose knowledge of silk weaving has been passed from one generation to the next.

Pre-Order Timeline

Pre-orders remain open. As our partner atelier in Paris will be closed throughout August, orders placed from this point forward will enter production upon the atelier’s reopening on September 1. Please allow 3–4 weeks from September 1 for your bag to be handcrafted and shipped.

The Soie Bag is handcrafted from Duchesse silk, a couture fabric prized for its subtle structure and soft luster. To preserve its beauty over time, we recommend handling it with care.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, perfumes, oils, and cosmetics.
Store the bag flat inside its protective dust bag when not in use.

Take care to avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces that may pull the silk.

If needed, gently spot clean with a soft, dry cloth. For more significant cleaning, consult a specialist experienced in caring for fine silk textiles.

If needed, the bag and its handwoven silk tassel may be gently steamed to release light creases and restore their natural drape. Always steam from a short distance and avoid prolonged direct heat.

The handwoven silk tassel is made using traditional techniques and should be handled gently. If the fibers become slightly displaced through use, they may be lightly smoothed by hand.
