Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Borne. We want your experience with us to be seamless, so here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

Order Processing & Shipping Times


Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Please note, this does not include shipping time, which varies depending on your location. 

 

If you need your order sooner, please email us at info@borneedit.com with the subject "Expedite" as soon as your order is placed, and we will assist you in arranging faster processing and/or shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Some international orders may be subject to tariffs, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the person placing the order. If applicable, you will be notified prior to delivery.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, please email us at info@borneedit.com with the subject "Expedite" as soon as your order is placed, and we will assist you in arranging faster shipping.

International Shipping


We are happy to ship internationally. For orders outside the United States, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carrier


All orders are shipped via USPS, and once your order is on its way, we will send you tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Delivery


Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to reroute it.

Shipping Timeframes


While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery. Please note that certain items, such as pre-order or made-to-order products, may have longer shipping times.

Damaged or Lost Goods


If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. For damaged goods, please provide a photo of the damage, packaging, and your order number to info@borneedit.com.

Customs & Taxes


For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may be charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Borne is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during the shipping process.

Returns

If you're order is deffective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations


You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
